This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to Kwital, a software service provided online at kwital.com and operated by Nestiko Business Solutions Private Limited ("Kwital", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Digital service, no physical shipping
Kwital is a digital, online service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and nothing is delivered to a physical address.
2. How the service is delivered
- The service is delivered online through your Kwital account at kwital.com.
- After you buy a plan, it is activated on your account once the payment is confirmed. Where a payment needs manual verification, the plan is activated after verification.
3. If your plan is not activated
If your payment has been debited but the plan does not appear on your account, contact us with your transaction details and we will look into it. Payment errors are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
