Try it yourself

Build a campaign step by step

This is the same five-step flow you use in Kwital, with sample contact groups. Nothing is sent from this page.

Set up the campaign

Give it a name and choose the contact group. Kwital counts who can be reached on each channel as soon as you pick a group.

Delivery modes

Decide how each contact is reached

Kwital only uses the channels you selected and that a contact has details for. Switch the mode and channels to see who gets what.

Delivery mode

One message per contact, on the first channel they have from your selection: WhatsApp, then SMS, then email.

Campaign questions

How does Kwital decide which channel a contact gets?

It depends on the delivery mode. Auto detect sends one message per contact on the first channel they have from your selection, in the order WhatsApp, SMS, email. Selected only sends on every selected channel the contact has details for, and skips contacts who have none of them.

Can I schedule a campaign in another timezone?

Yes. Pick a date and time, then choose the timezone: IST (Kolkata), GST (Dubai), BST (Dhaka), GMT (London), EST (New York), PST (Los Angeles), or UTC. Kwital converts it and starts the campaign at that moment.

Can I stop a campaign after it starts?

Yes. Pause a running campaign and resume it later, or cancel it. When you cancel, messages that haven’t gone out are marked as failed with the reason “Campaign cancelled”.

What happens to contacts who unsubscribed?

They’re skipped on the channel they unsubscribed from, and the campaign page lists everyone who unsubscribed. Every email sent from a cross-channel campaign includes an unsubscribe link.

Can I see who received each message?

Yes. The campaign page shows sent, delivered, and failed counts, and you can export every recipient with their channel, status, and any error to a CSV file.
