Imported prospects are real people. A little care keeps your outreach welcome and your sender reputation healthy.
Use imported contacts in line with the data protection and marketing laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Your use of provider data is also covered by your agreement with that provider. Check their terms for how you may store and contact the people you find.

Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Snov.io, and RocketReach. Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and RocketReach use an API key, and Snov.io uses a client ID and client secret. You can connect more than one, label each connection, and test, update, or remove it at any time.
No. You use your own provider account, so the data subscription and credits stay with the provider under their pricing. Kwital records the credits each search and import uses so you can keep an eye on spend.
Contact details are revealed only for the prospects you choose to import, so you don’t spend provider credits on people you don’t want. Revealing may use provider credits.
With “Skip duplicates” turned on, Kwital checks the group for the same email address or phone number and skips anyone who is already there. The import summary tells you how many were skipped.
Whatever the provider returns: the name, email address, and phone number (used for both SMS and WhatsApp), plus the job title, company, company domain, and LinkedIn URL as contact attributes. Kwital also notes that the contact came from the B2B database and which provider found it.
