5 answersWhat is Kwital?
Kwital is one platform for WhatsApp, SMS, and email messaging. It brings together a unified inbox, contacts, lead generation, cross-channel campaigns, templates, automation workflows, AI chatbots, and reports in a single account. Kwital is built by Nestiko Business Solutions Private Limited in Jaipur.
How do I get started?
Create an account, choose a plan, and connect your channels: scan a QR code for WhatsApp, pair an Android phone or add an SMS provider, and add your email provider. Then import your contacts and send your first message or campaign.
Which channels does Kwital support?
WhatsApp through Kwital Node WhatsApp or Meta’s official Cloud API, SMS through the Kwital Android app or SMS API providers, and email through SMTP, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, or Mailjet.
Do I need technical skills to use Kwital?
No. Everything runs from the dashboard: channels connect with QR codes or simple forms, and contacts import from a CSV or Excel file. The API is there if your developers want to send messages from your own software, but you do not need it.
Can I try Kwital before paying?
When a free plan is listed on our pricing page, you can start on it and upgrade whenever you need more credits or modules.
Plans & credits
5 answersHow do credits work?
Each channel has its own credit balance. One email uses one email credit. SMS and WhatsApp messages use one credit for every 320 characters, so a longer message uses more than one credit.
What does “unlimited” mean on a plan?
The plan does not cap your credits on that channel. Any daily limit shown on the plan still applies, as do the limits of the gateways you send through, such as your SIM plan or email provider.
What is credit carry forward?
On plans with carry forward, unused credits are added to your new allocation when you renew the same plan. On plans without it, or when you switch to a different plan, your balance is reset to the new plan’s credits.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. The Plans page in your member panel lets you upgrade or downgrade at any time. If the new plan allows fewer gateways, any extra connected devices are paused to fit the limit.
Where can I see how many credits I have used?
Open Reports in your member panel. There are separate credit reports for SMS, email, and WhatsApp, along with your subscription, transaction, and payment records.
What is the difference between Node WhatsApp and the Cloud API?
Kwital Node WhatsApp links your existing number by scanning a QR code, with no Meta per-message charges. The official WhatsApp Cloud API connects through your Meta business account, uses Meta-approved templates to start conversations, and is billed by Meta. You can use either, or both.
Do I need Meta business verification?
Not for Node WhatsApp. For the Cloud API you need a Meta business account with a registered phone number, and your message templates must be approved by Meta.
Does my phone need to stay online for Node WhatsApp?
Node WhatsApp works as a linked device on your number, so keep the phone connected to the internet. If the session disconnects, scan the QR code again from the gateway page to reconnect.
Can I connect more than one WhatsApp number?
Yes. You can add as many numbers as your plan’s WhatsApp device limit allows. The limit for each plan is shown on the pricing page.
Can Kwital answer common WhatsApp questions automatically?
Yes. Under Automation you can build chatbot menus with WhatsApp buttons and train AI replies on your own knowledge base and FAQs. Availability depends on your plan.
SMS
5 answersWhat do I need for the Android SMS gateway?
An Android phone with an active SIM and the Kwital Android app installed. Download the app from the Android gateway page in your member panel, add a gateway, and scan its QR code from the phone. Messages are then sent from that phone’s SIM.
Can I use a dual-SIM phone?
Yes. Kwital lists the SIMs on each paired phone, so you can see which SIMs are available to send from.
Which SMS API providers can I connect?
Kwital supports MSG91, Twilio, Vonage (Nexmo), Infobip, MessageBird, TextMagic, Clickatell, SMS Broadcast, MiM SMS, and Ajura SMS. The number of provider gateways you can add depends on your plan.
Do I still need DLT registration in India?
If you send commercial SMS through an SMS API provider in India, the provider will need your DLT-registered sender ID and templates. Kwital does not register these for you. The Android gateway sends from your own SIM, so your operator’s usage limits apply instead.
Can I send SMS in Hindi or other Indian languages?
Yes. Choose Unicode when composing a message to send in Hindi and other Indian languages. Choose plain text for standard English messages.
Email & deliverability
5 answersWhich email providers can I connect?
Any SMTP server, plus SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, and Mailjet.
What is a sending domain?
A sending domain is the domain your emails come from. Add it in Kwital, publish the DNS records it shows you, and verify DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Authenticated domains help your emails reach the inbox instead of spam.
What is a tracking domain?
A tracking domain is your own branded domain for open and click tracking links, set up with a CNAME record. Recipients see your domain in links instead of a shared one.
How many sending and tracking domains can I add?
The limit depends on your plan and is shown on each plan card on the pricing page.
How are bounces and unsubscribes handled?
Kwital processes bounce, spam complaint, and unsubscribe notifications from providers such as SendGrid and Amazon SES. Contacts who opt out are kept on your unsubscribe list so they are left out of future sends.
Leads & data
4 answersHow do I import my contacts?
Add contacts one by one or upload a CSV or Excel file into a group, then map each column to a contact field. You can create custom attributes for anything extra you track, such as city, course, or property type.
What does lead generation do?
It finds new prospects from Google Maps listings and from websites. You review the results and import the leads you want into your contacts. Lead generation is included on selected plans.
What is the B2B database?
It lets you search for business contacts through your own Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, or RocketReach account. You add your provider’s API key in Kwital and manage your credits with that provider directly. Available on selected plans.
How do I organise contacts for campaigns?
Put contacts into groups and use custom attributes to personalise messages. When you create a campaign, you pick the groups to send to.
Account & support
5 answersHow do I get support?
Once you are signed in, raise a support ticket from the Support section of your member panel and follow its status there. Before you sign up, you can reach us through the contact page.
Where do I find my API key?
Generate it from the API key page in your member panel. Send it in the Api-key header, or as an api_key parameter, to send email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages and check their status. Generating a new key replaces the old one, so update any integrations that use it.
Does the API need an active plan?
Yes. API requests are only accepted while your subscription is running. Renew or choose a new plan to keep sending.
Where can I see my payments and subscriptions?
Under Reports in your member panel you will find your subscription history, transactions, and payment records.
