Automation

Automation that reacts to what your contacts do

Build workflows on a drag-and-drop canvas: pick a trigger, add actions, branch on conditions, and wait between steps. Kwital then runs them for every contact across WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

Ready-made workflows

Start from a template, then make it yours

Pick a template to see the flow it creates. Every step opens in the builder, so you can change the message, channel, or timing before you switch it on.

Try it yourself

Build a workflow in a few taps

Pick a trigger, then add actions, conditions, and waits. This is a simplified demo that uses the real node types from the builder. Nothing is sent.

1Choose a node type

2Tap to add it to your flow

Every workflow starts with one trigger. Add up to six steps after it.

Test and monitor

Check a workflow before it touches a customer

Run a simulation against one of your recent contacts and see which path they would take through every node. No SMS, email, WhatsApp message, or webhook call is actually sent.

  • See enrolled contacts, completions, failures, and the success rate for each workflow
  • Open any execution to view its step-by-step timeline
  • Save as a draft or activate in one click, pause or duplicate a workflow, and cancel a single execution

FAQ

Automation questions

Which channels can a workflow send on?

WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Each action uses the connected WhatsApp number, SMS gateway, or email gateway you pick in its settings, so one workflow can mix all three.

Can a workflow answer incoming messages?

Yes. Start a workflow when a contact replies on WhatsApp, SMS, or email, match the message against keywords or a pattern, then send a fixed reply on the same channel, let AI continue the conversation, or hand the chat to your team.

Can other tools start a workflow?

Yes. Use the webhook trigger and systems such as Zapier, Pabbly, or your CRM can send a POST request to start the workflow for a contact. The call webhook action works the other way, sending contact and workflow data to any URL.

What happens if a step fails?

Each action has its own error handling. Choose how many times to retry, up to 10, and how long to wait between attempts, then whether the workflow should continue, stop, or skip the remaining steps.

Is automation included in every plan?

Workflow automation is included in plans that list it, and each plan sets how many workflows you can create. Compare what each plan includes on the pricing page before you register.
